OUR STORY
The Real Deal MedSpa started because we understand the challenges of working out hard, dieting and trying to reduce fat, but never quite achieving your goals. I have been a personal trainer for the majority of my adult life after the leaving the U.S. Navy. And I made a promise to myself that after the age of 50, I would not be a personal trainer anymore.
The challenge with the above statement, I absolutely love helping people achieve amazing results. Now I can continue to help people exceed their goals without ever hitting the gym or starting some crazy diet that they cannot maintain for long periods of time.
