Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required and will be processed at the time of scheduling your appointment.
We require 24 HOURS to cancel/ reschedule your appointment without penalty. NO EXCEPTIONS! Appointments not cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hrs of scheduled service will be charged the full deposit amount where applies or No Show/ Late Cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to card on file.
*Unprocessed fees will be applied to next service. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PLEASE NOTE: After 2 consecutive late cancels or no shows pre payment is required (including any unpaid fees) in order to book an appointment.
